Information you choose to provide
Enquiry forms collect your name, mobile number, optional email, property interests and purpose. Office enquiries may include your company, size requirements and notes. We also record your consent, language, submission page, landing page, referrer, campaign tags and submission time.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to respond to your property enquiry, provide requested project materials, discuss suitable options and arrange viewings. The form asks for your agreement to be contacted regarding Aurea and related property information. You may withdraw that agreement by contacting us.
Service providers
The site is designed for hosting on Cloudflare. Enquiries are sent using Resend to the team’s Gmail inbox. These services process information to provide hosting and email delivery and may process it outside Singapore. We do not sell information through this website. WhatsApp and map links take you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Browser storage and optional tracking
Session storage remembers campaign tags, the initial landing page and referrer for the current browser session so they can accompany your enquiry. Local storage remembers your tracking preference. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are disabled unless configured by the operator and accepted by you. If enabled and accepted, they can record page views and interactions such as WhatsApp clicks and completed enquiries. Form field values are not sent as analytics event parameters.
You can change optional tracking preferences using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining stops this site from loading optional tracking on subsequent page loads. Third-party cookies already set can also be cleared using your browser settings.
Retention and requests
Submitted enquiries may remain in the team’s email inbox and the records used to handle your enquiry. We have not specified a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion; we will review requests subject to applicable obligations and practical limitations.
Security and updates
Production forms should be used over HTTPS. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when the website’s practices change.
